1. Eligibility for Returns


We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.


Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or special-order products.

Clearance or sale items.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.


2. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Notify us by phone or email at shazlighting@gmail.com or 01873426913 with your order details and reason for the return.

2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide approval if the product meets our return policy criteria.

3. Shipping: Once approved, return the product to the specified address. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy


Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Partial Refunds:

A partial refund may be offered if the returned product is not in its original condition or if parts are missing.


4. Damaged or Defective Products


If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect and your order details.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Exchange Policy


Products can be exchanged for a similar item or different model if returned in their original condition within 7 days.

Any price difference for exchanged items will need to be settled accordingly.


6. Cancellation Policy


Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Once the product is shipped, the return policy will apply.
