2. Return Process

3. Shipping: Once approved, return the product to the specified address. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
